The Athena Directors Clinic (ADC) is a one-day conference held in conjunction with the Athena Music and Leadership Camp.
The ADC gives women in music education the opportunity to connect with colleagues, share experiences, discuss issues, and explore strategies to help overcome challenges in music education.
Dr. Mitchell-Spradlin is Director of Wind Band Studies and Assistant Professor of Music. She serves as the National Vice President of Professional Relations for Tau Beta Sigma: National Honorary Band Sorority.
Marguerite Wilder is widely recognized as a conductor and clinician, having conducted honor bands throughout the United States, Canada, England, Italy, Turkey, and Australia.
Dr. Caroline Hand is the Associate Director of Bands and the Associate Director of Music at Ball State University, Indiana.
Dr. Catharine Bushman is the Director of Bands at St. Cloud State University and recently served as Adjunct Associate Professor of Music at St. Olaf College.
